Colombia Granja Paraiso 92 Finca La Brisas is located in Cauca, Colombia, and is run by the Castillo family. The farm is well known for its precise farming and creative processing, producing coffees with clear and memorable flavors.
This Colombia Land of Diversity Auction Lot startss with jasmine florals, followed by fresh lemon peel and delicate pear sweetness, then finishes with a smooth honey pomelo tea–like aftertaste.
The cup is clean, lively, and full of layers.
