Peru Aromas Del Aniz is known for its clean and delicate cup profile. This washed Geisha won 22nd place in the Cup of Excellence, showing a soft, floral, and fruit-forward side of Peruvian coffee.
It starts with fragrant floral note like jasmine, followed by bright pomelo and mandarin orange, then finishes with a gentle pear-like sweetness. The cup is bright, clean, and beautifully elegant.
