This washed Wuri, Ethiopia, customized lot by Berg Wu was crafted using a custom processing recipe designed by Berg, and specially produced at the Wuri washing station for Simple Kaffa.
The cup starts with delicate white florals and bergamot, followed by bright orange and pomelo sweetness, then finishes with a smooth oolong tea–like aftertaste.
