Hambella Buku Sayisa is located in Guji of Ethiopia. The coffee is carefully grown by local smallholder farmers and then processed at the Buku Sayisa station, giving the delicate and clean typical notes of Ethiopia coffees.
This washed Guji Hambela start with bright citrus and lime notes, followed by white florals and a rounded honey like sweetness. This coffee is light, clean, and clearly layered, easy to drink and very enjoyable.
